All student employees are encouraged to meet with their manager and communicate their intentions to end student employment. Below are steps to guide you through the process.

  1. Notify your manager as soon as possible of your intentions to end employment.
  2. Complete a Request for Final Payroll Check form and submit the form to Student Employment.
  3. Submit your hours at the end of your final shift.
  4. Managers will need to approve the hours before submitting a termination request in Workday.
