BYUH Employee Benefits at the Polynesian Cultural Center

BYUH Annual PCC Discount

Regular full-time employees can now obtain most of their PCC discounts online.
Tickets for all packages except for the Alii Luau Package and the Super Ambassador Package can be purchased online and reserved at any time. These tickets (admission to the Islands of Polynesia, admission to HĀ: Breath of Life, Islands of Polynesia and HĀ: Breath of Life, and Gateway Buffet Package) will not be sold at the employee rate at the ticketing booth. Employees are encouraged to utilize their own online reservation access and book these tickets online.

Employees wishing to use their employee discount for the Alii Luau Package and the Super Ambassador Package must bring their BYUH ID to the ticketing booth at the welcome center to book directly with reservations. The employee rate Allii Luau and Super Ambassador packages are based on availability and sold on the activity day and can not be booked in advance.

The discount limit for each employee has been doubled from 15 to 30 as of January 2023. This will increase all employees' opportunities to book tickets for themselves, their families, and their friends. Please note that once an employee reaches the maximum limit of discount uses, the employee will receive a notification email and the PCC HR benefits team will update it in their system so that the employee can use the discount again.

Online Booking

Senior Missionaries

Full-time senior missionaries that are currently serving in the Laie Hawaii Mission under the direction of President Bassett will have the opportunity to get online access and book their own tickets once they input the required information (ie, email address, first and last name) in the link that will be emailed to the mission office.

BYUH Employees

To get access to their account online and book tickets, BYUH full-time employees should use the forgot password process and enter their BYUH email address on the PCC ticketing website.

PCC Ticketing

They will receive an email to change their password. Once completed, employees can easily access the site and will be ready to make their own reservation(s).

NO REFUNDS AND NO CASH PAYMENTS.

Entrance to PCC for Classes

Before 12:00 pm, only a current BYUH employee (faculty, staff, etc.) or a student ID is required to access the Islands of Polynesia and attend classes. After 12:00 pm a current BYUH employee or student ID cardholder must have a PCC non-transferable ticket with a wristband to enter the Islands of Polynesia (see above).
