2023 Performance Review Guidelines

The annual performance review for all full-time and regular part-time employees will begin on September 25, 2023. This process provides a valuable opportunity to reflect on your performance and development, and to discuss with your manager about your goals and how they relate to the mission of the university.

The timeline for the performance review process is listed below. This process is a shared responsibility; therefore, it is critical that we meet deadlines and ensure all performance evaluations are completed by the November 3, 2023 deadline.

What to Expect

During your performance review, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Discuss your accomplishments over the past year.
  • Receive feedback on your performance from your manager.
  • Set goals and objectives for the upcoming year.
  • Address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your role or career development.

Preparation

  • To ensure a productive performance review, we encourage you to:
  • Complete a self-evaluation of your performance and goals.
  • Prepare any questions or topics you wish to discuss during the meeting.

Confidentiality

Please rest assured that the content of your performance review will remain confidential between you and your manager. The purpose of this process is to support your growth and success.
