In the past, very little interaction with the current HR/Payroll system was needed by employees external to the HR and Payroll departments. However, with the implementation of Workday, all employees will have access to view and modify information tied to their own record and participate in business processes relevant to their stewardship.

With Workday’s increased system capabilities and functionality, Human Resources will provide training and support to all employees. The purpose of these training is to better assist, communicate and prepare employees in the navigation, use, and application of Workday. Training will be tailored to employees based on their current role, needs, and interest in Workday.
