Annual Performance Evaluation
The annual performance review process for all full-time and regular part-time employees is now available in Workday. This process provides a valuable opportunity to reflect on your performance and development, and to discuss with your manager about your goals and how they relate to the mission of the university.
The timeline for the performance review process is listed below. This process is a shared responsibility; therefore, it is critical that we meet deadlines and ensure all performance evaluations are completed by the November 7, 2021 deadline.
