To change Knowledgepoint passwords please follow the guide below:1. Go to Start button
2. Select Programs or All Programs
3. Select Knowledgepoint Applications
4. Select Change Password for Performance Now 5. Enter your User ID and Password
6. Click on Change Password button
To change the password for Descriptions Now (OPTIONAL), you can do the same steps above except on step 4 - you select Change Password For Descriptions Now.
