How to connect to the Knowledge Point server(Performance Now and Descriptions Now) These instructions will allow you to establish a connection to the knowledge point server: If you need a kpoint.bat file, please click here. After receiving the file, follow the steps below for installation. How do I know if I already have a kpoint.bat file in my computer? click here. 1. Save the e-mailed attachment "kpoint.bat" on the desktop
2. Go to Start button
3. Select Programs or All Programs
4. Right Click on Start Up and choose Open
5. Drag in your kpoint.bat from your desktop to the Start Up window
