How to print a blank employee evaluation form

These applications include "Performance Now" and "Descriptions Now", and priviledges are given to specified users to use and access these applications.

If you have been assigned to do employee evaluations, and have not installed the applications to your computer, please follow the instructions below:

Note: You need kpoint.bat file in the startup folder to connect to the knowledge point server. Check if you already have one, click here.

The following steps are to help create a blank employee evalutation form.

1. Go to "Start" menu

2. Locate Performance manager icon

as a link on desktop

or KnowledgePoint Applications in "Programs" in the start menu

3. enter User ID and Password

4. Select individual in the left side navigation bar

5. Click Performance Appraiser icon

6. Go to File menu and click on "Print Blank Form..."

7. Specify the criteria to print...

Printing to "Screen" will allow you to see a preview of the document before you print.
