Professional Development Specialist - Online Training
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Mater's degree in instructional psychology and technology, organizational behavior, MBA, or related field strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
Must have 3-6 years of training and development experience with preference given to corporate training experience.
Experience doing computer based training is required and familiarity with Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop programs, etc. preferred.
Project management skills, that includes program creation and development while working with blue-collar and white collar partners.
Experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and design the online training and development process for all campus departments.
Guide the training development process for departments
Manage the University's Learning Management System.
Coordinate the design and successful application of the campus-wide performance management process.
Responsible for department trend and metrics reports.
Design computer based training modules for existing administrative/staff training programs s a supplement to classroom training efforts.
